Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins

Who doesn’t love the smell of pumpkin spice in the air?  These Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins are sure to add that wonderful aroma to your home. This is a deliciously easy recipe, and sure to be a favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box of Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 – 3.4oz box of Jell-O Instant pudding Cheesecake
  • 1 – 15 oz can Libby’s Pumpkin
  • 1 – 8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 – large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 – tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 – tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line cupcake tin and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients together.

Fill each cupcake liner to ¾ full.

Bake 25-30 minutes.

Toothpick should be inserted in the middle muffin and should come out clean.
