Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins
Who doesn’t love the smell of pumpkin spice in the air? These Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins are sure to add that wonderful aroma to your home. This is a deliciously easy recipe, and sure to be a favorite!
- 1 Box of Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
- 1 – 3.4oz box of Jell-O Instant pudding Cheesecake
- 1 – 15 oz can Libby’s Pumpkin
- 1 – 8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
- 2 – large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 – tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 – tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line cupcake tin and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together.
Fill each cupcake liner to ¾ full.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Toothpick should be inserted in the middle muffin and should come out clean.
